This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (CR), and Debt Ratio (DER) on Price Book Value (PBV) at PT Surya Citra Media Tbk for period 2011-2020. The data used is sourced from financial statements company. In this authors quantitative research. analysis technique in multiple linear regression with help computer software, namely Statistical Product Service Solutions (SPSS) Version 23. sampling was purposive method certain criteria obtained a sample 10 year results shows that (ROE) has no (PBV), (NPM) while positive (PBV). And together ROE, NPM DER have PBV. conclusion variables affect PBV only by 30.89% 69.11% determined other factors outside
